Dublin’s CEO Experiment and acclaimed saxophonist Michael Buckley will join forces with one of the most unique voices in the contemporary Jazz world; Kurt Rosenwinkel, for a one-off performance at The Sugar Club, Dublin on Saturday 30th September. A guitarist who has evolved the language jazz guitar in a way no other has before him, Rosenwinkel is internationally recognised as “one of the most important jazz guitarists in the game for the last quarter-century” (Ron Hart, The Observer)
is one of a kind Piano Trio which combines delicate atmospherics and highly creative improvisations, oscillating between almost every genre in Jazz. Elements of Post-bop and Contemporary Jazz are channeled through original compositions, serving as a vehicle for high energy inter playing. The music is thoughtful and inventive but also full of character, reflecting the different background and imagination of the players.

Up to this date the band has performed at the following Festivals: Down with Jazz, Bray Jazz Festival, 12 Points Festival, Galway Jazz Festival, Sligo and Howth Jazz Festivals.
Recognized as the most versatile and energetic new band in Ireland they have shared the stage with a wide variety of World Class artists such as Tom Rayney’s Obbligato, Mark Guiliana Quartet, Christian Scott and Cory Henry’s Revival Project.
